High functioning teams are a result of high functioning leadership. Leaders who are on the same page, and moving in the same direction, transform an organization from average to exceptional. My intensive, leadership small group coaching sessions for up to 8 people are perfect to accomplish this. We will start by putting the group through my one-day team coaching workshop followed by weekly 1-hour group follow-up coaching sessions. We’ll address the specific real-world challenges they are facing and help foster communication, accountability, and collaboration to help create solid Godly leaders who inspire.
